10U A Championship Recap
The Mercer Chiefs (Inzano) (5-0-0) secured the 10U A division title with a 6-4 victory over the PAL Blue Knights (4-1-0). The Chiefs built momentum with a strong second period, adding two goals before sealing the win with three more in the third. Their offensive consistency helped them remain undefeated through the tournament.
10U B Championship Recap
The State College Icers (4-1-0) captured the 10U B division title with a 4-3 comeback victory over the Grundy Senators (3-2-0). A strong third period, where the Icers outscored Grundy 3-1, proved to be the difference as they secured the championship win.
The Jersey Shore Wildcats (Red) (5-0-0) dominated the 10U B division championship with a 5-1 win over the NJ Jets (3-2-0). After taking a 3-1 lead in the first period, the Wildcats controlled the pace for the rest of the game, adding two more goals in the third to secure the title.
12U A Championship Recap
The NYC Cyclones (5-0-0) captured the 12U A division title with a 7-3 win over the Igloo Jaguars (Black) (4-1-0). The Cyclones built an early lead with three first-period goals and maintained control throughout, capping off an undefeated tournament run.
The NJ Jets (5-0-0) edged out the Delaware Ducks (Dodd) (2-3-0) in a thrilling 6-5 overtime win to capture the 12U A division championship. Both teams traded goals throughout regulation, with the Ducks tying the game in the third period. The Jets secured the championship with a clutch overtime goal, completing their undefeated run.
12U B Championship Recap
The Grundy Senators (Milliken) (5-0-0) took home the 12U B division championship with a 3-2 overtime win over the NJ Falcons (3-2-0). The Falcons held the lead late, but the Senators forced overtime with a strong third-period push. They found the game-winner in extra time, finishing the tournament as champions.
14U A Championship Recap
The Rinx (North) (4-0-0) claimed the 14U A division title with a 3-1 victory over the Westmoreland Eagles (3-1-0). The Rinx controlled play defensively and capitalized on key scoring opportunities to secure the win and finish the tournament undefeated.
The Red Bank Generals (4-1-0) shut out the Igloo Jaguars (Black) (4-1-0) with a 4-0 victory to win the 14U A division championship. The Generals controlled the game from start to finish, scoring in each period while keeping the Jaguars off the scoreboard.
