The HPR National Championships will feature the top teams 8U Tier 1 divisions from across the United States. This event, scheduled for March 14-16, 2025, will take place at the Ice Vault in Wayne, NJ. All games will be broadcast on BlackBearSports.TV with live announcers.
Rankings-Based Invitations
Teams are invited based on their rankings as of January 21, 2025, in the Hockey Power Rankings. Only the top 16 teams in each division are invited, and there will be no substitutions if a team cannot attend. Teams must confirm their participation by February 1, 2025.
Awards and Recognition
Teams and players will receive trophies, medals, and MVP awards. Additional recognition will be given to the Player of the Game, the champions of each division, and all tournament teams.
Hosted by Leading Leagues
The event is organized by the Eastern Hockey Federation (EHF), a Massachusetts-based league and the number one youth hockey league in America, and the Tier 1 Hockey Federation (THF), with guaranteed participation from their top-ranked teams.
